ORDER

Heard Mr.R.Suriyanarayanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Shanmuga Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse order is going to be passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. 2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 3.Pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2018 seeking for surveying and demarcating his land in S.No.628/2A in Athanakottai Village in Pudukottai Taluk & District, the second respondent herein had already issued summons for enquiry on 25.05.2018. action on the petitioner's representation, the present prayer need not be considered for the present. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved on any further cause of action, it is always open to him to challenge the same in the manner known to law. 4.With the above observation, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
