This petition is filed for issuing a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, to conduct a speedy trial in C.C.No.118 of 2014 within a stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the nature of complaint and the progress that has been shown before the lower Court by now, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:

"The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the proceedings in C.C.No.118 of 2014, within a period of five months." 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
