Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action against respondents 4 to 6 under the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2021.

ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action on the representation/complaint made by the petitioner on 16.04.2021 against the respondents 4 to 6 who are the office bearers of the Cooperative Society. 2.The petitioner is a member in the fourth respondent society. The case of the petitioner is that the members are entitled to avail loan as per Government orders. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 4 to 6 are receiving bribe and are granting loans only to those persons who pay bribe. According to the petitioner, the petitioner and many of the other members have given representations in this regard to respondents 1 to 3 seeking for taking action against the respondents 4 to 6 and to ensure that the loan amount is paid to all those members who are eligible.

Since no action was taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions. 3.Heard Mr.V.Angusamy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Mahendran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation/complaint made by the petitioner on 16.04.2021 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to all the parties and take a decision within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

6. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
