This Writ Petition has been filed by Vijaya Kumar for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order of Suspension in ROC No.S4/1375/2014, dated 18.02.2014 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the respondent No.1 to revoke the order of suspension and to provide the subsistence allowance to the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Mr.Louis, learned counsel appearing for Mr.T.Lajapathi Roy on behalf of the petitioner, fairly conceded that the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous since the respondent has passed termination order.

4.In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.s are closed.
