ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC in Crime Nos.533 and 534 of 2015 and under Sections 406 and 420 IPC in Crime No.535 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police respectively, the petitioner has come forward with these petitions seeking anticipatory bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused has conducted Auction Chit Fund and cheated the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ defacto complainant to the tune of Rs.3,50,000/-, Rs.15,00,000/- and Rs.9,00,000/- respectively.
4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that these are 2nd anticipatory bail petitions and the last one were dismissed on 15.11.2016 in respect of all the crime numbers.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that except this petitioner, other co-accused were arrested and released on bail.
6. Taking note of the serious nature of the offences alleged against the petitioner and also considering the fact that there is no change in fact situation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
