This Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner vide order dated 13.07.2020, imposed a condition to the effect that he shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only] to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai-20, within a period of one week without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court.

3. When the matter was listed 'for reporting compliance' on 24.07.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioner requests one week time to comply with the said order. Considering the request made, the petitioner was granted time till 30.07.2020 to comply with the said condition.
