2. Mr.R.Kannan, Revenue Divisional Officer, Palani is present before this Court and he has also filed an affidavit stating that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, meeting was convened and that in the meeting, both the parties have amicably settled the issue. In the affidavit, he has expressed his unconditional apology for the delay.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties.
