This Court, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners vide order dated 15.07.2020, imposed a condition to the effect that they shall jointly deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- [Rupees Fifty Thousand only] to the credit of Cancer Institute (WIA), No.38, Sardar Patel Road, Adyar, Chennai-20, within a period of one week without prejudice to their rights and contentions before the Trial Court.

3. When the matter was listed 'for reporting compliance' on 29.07.2020, the learned counsel for the petitioners requests one week time to comply with the said order. Considering the request made, the petitioners were granted time till 05.08.2020 to comply with the said condition.
