ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 395 r/w 397 of I.P.C in Crime No.28 of 1995 on the file of the respondent police, which is now pending in S.C.No.169 of 1992 on the file of the Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Madurai, seek anticipatory bail.
2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that due to the absence of the petitioners, non-bailable warrants were issued against the petitioners by the trial Court on 04.09.2000 and 11.04.2000 respectively.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the case in respect of the remaining accused was split up and is pending in S.C.No.228 of 1997.
4. Considering the fact that non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioners for their absence, there shall be a direction, directing the petitioners to surrender before the learned Principal Assistant Sessions Judge, Madurai, and to file a petition for recalling the warrant within 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order and the learned Judge, is directed to consider the same on the same day and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.

5. Further, the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees One Thousand Only) each, to the District Legal Services Authority, Madurai District, at the time of surrender before the Court concerned.
