This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the revision petitioner to direct the learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk to expedite the proceedings pending in R.L.T.O.P.No.1 of 2020 and dispose the same within the time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.In R.L.T.O.P.No.1 of 2020 already trial commenced and it is part heard. The matter is posted for respondent side evidence. Since, the matter is pending from the year 2020, the learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk is directed to dispose of the R.L.T.O.P.No.1 of 2020, within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
