This petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records in Crime No.151 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that in this case investigation was completed and final report was filed into Court and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.422 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Nagercoil.
