2.Heard Mr.V.Panneer Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 01.08.2022 before this Court, submitted that the petitioner again is restored in the original position and the direction of this Court has been complied with in letter and spirit. 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent reporting compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed.
