This petition is filed to condone the delay of 40 days in filing the review application against the order dated 07.01.2025 passed in W.P(MD)No.11485 of 2023.

2.Mr.B.Anandan, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the first respondent submits that he has no objection to allow this petition.

4.In view of the "no objection" by the learned counsel for the first respondent, this petition is allowed.

5.Mr.K.Vignesh, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo to record the death of the learned counsel, Mr.V.Angusamy and to delete his name in the cause list.

6.The memo is recorded. Registry is directed to delete the name of Mr.V.Angusamy, learned counsel for the petitioner in the cause list. 7.Registry is also directed to number the review application, if it is otherwise in order and list for admission.
