ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Inspector of Police, Aralvoimozhy Police Station, Kanyakumari District, the respondent herein, to complete the investigation in Crime No.160 of 2010 and to file final report before the competent Judicial Magistrate, within a time limit.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that after investigation, final report has been filed in Crime No.160 of 2010, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandi and the same has been taken on file as P.R.C.No.28 of 2016.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
