ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.109 of 2015, dated 02.02.2015 pending before the respondent within a stipulated time. 2.I have heard the counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that final report would be filed within a period of two months. 4.In view of the above submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.Side), I am inclined to direct the respondent to investigate the matter and to file the final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if there are no legal impediments. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
