O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 09.05.2018 against the proposed accused.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the the petitioner lodged a complaint, dated 09.05.2018 before the third respondent, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the present Criminal Original Petition is filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that the petitioner's complaint has been received by the third respondent police and after the preliminary investigation, the same was forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, Virudhunagar.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Branch, Virudhunagar.

5.Considering the above submissions, this Court directs the petitioner to give a fresh complaint to the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Branch Police Station, Virudhunagar District, if any such complaint is received, the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Branch Police Station, Virudhunagar District is directed to enquire on the complaint given by the petitioner and if any cognizable offence is made out, the same shall be registered and proceed in accordance with law.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
