ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to sanction and allow the petitioner to withdraw a sum of Rs. 9,00,000/- from and out his own accumulation of Provident Fund Contribution available to the credit of 1st respondent for meet out the above loan obtained from the State Bank of India and Fullerton India Bank within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court.

2. By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner joined services of the 1st respondent Corporation as Driver on 31.07.1995. Due to the exorbitant expenditure incurred during the 2/5

marriage of his daughter, he was encountered with financial crisis. In view of the same, he had submitted an application to the respondents to sanction him with a sum of Rs.9,00,000/- (Rupees Nine Lakhs only) as PF Non-refundable loan from his accumulation of PF contribution. For which, he had also submitted an application on 04.03.2024. Since the same was not considered, this writ petition came to be filed.

4. In view of the limited relief sought for herein, this Court hereby direct the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 04.03.2024 and forthwith permit the petitioner to withdraw the eligible amount in terms of Clause 13 (f) (2) (j) of TNSTC PF Trust Rules.

5. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
