This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to interfere into the civil dispute which is pending adjudication before the District Munsif Court, Melur O.S.No.203 of 2016.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), a case has been registered in Crime No.74 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 465, 468, 471, 120B, 420 and 506(i) of IPC. 3.Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this criminal original petition is dismissed. It is open to the petitioners to seek their remedy before the appropriate Court.
