Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relates to the impugned order of the second respondent made in Na.Ka.No.255629/2022/E1, dated 20.02.2023 and quash the same as it is arbitrary and illegal. ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The order impugned in the writ petition is revisable at the hands of the first respondent.
3. The petitioner is given liberty to file a revision petition before the first respondent within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall dispose of the revision to be filed by the petitioner within a period of six months thereafter. Till such disposal, status quo as on date shall continue. If the petitioner fails to file revision before the first respondent within the time line mentioned above, the benefit of this order would stand automatically vacated and the impugned order can be enforced by the authorities. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter.
