Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.D.SHANMUGARAJA SETHUPATI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crimal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.18(b) of the order dated 24.03.2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2138 of 2022.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition till today, without fail. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
