Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to refer the complaint, dated 03.08.2015 made by the petitioner to the third respondent to initiate 145 of Cr.P.C proceedings pertaining to the dispute of Mohideen Aandavar Pallivasal, Kottaiyur, Vasudevanallur, Tirunelveli District and not to allow any inaugural function to be celebrated a Mohideen Aandavar Pallivasal, Kottaiyur, Vasudevanallur, Tirunelveli District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the fifth respondent to refer the complaint, dated 03.08.2015 made by the petitioner to the third respondent to initiate 145 of Cr.P.C proceedings pertaining to the dispute of Mohideen Aandavar Pallivasal, Kottaiyur, Vasudevanallur, Tirunelveli District and not to allow any inaugural function to be celebrated a Mohideen Aandavar Pallivasal, Kottaiyur, Vasudevanallur, Tirunelveli District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 submitted that the fifth respondent had already referred the matter to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tirunelveli on 05.08.2015 with a request to conduct peace committee meeting.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is prepared to appear before the peace committee meeting.

4. In view of the submission made on either side, there is no need to pass any specific order in this matter. Hence, recording the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
