O R D E R

*********** [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Public Interest Litigation seeking a direction to the respondents to construct a Community Hall, as sanctioned by the Tamil Nadu Government, by its order in Na.Ka.No.Sa2/3637/2011-2, dated 30.03.2012, in the proposed site in T.S.No.141 in Puliangudi Town in Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent. We have also perused the records carefully.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first and second respondents produced a letter from the District Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Officer, in Na.Ka.A2/17899/2013, dated 21.09.2016, wherein he has informed the learned Government Advocate that funds are awaited from the Director and as soon as the funds are made available, the Scheme will be implemented. The said statement is recorded.

4. In view of the same, no further direction is required in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
