ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to direct the fourth respondent to survey and fix the boundary marks for the petitioner's lands situated in Natham Survey Nos.10/12K, 12C vide Patta Nos.613, 614 and its extent of 0.00.35 and 0.00.50 acres respectively, Ulagampatty Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District based on his representation dated 10.03.2020. 2.Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.7505 of 2020 who took notice for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that survey has been conducted and boundaries have been demarcated and the and the petitioner has also signed before the authority that the survey has been conducted and boundaries have been fixed in the said property and further submitted that nothing survives for adjudication in the matter.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
