ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to allot any alternative and suitable place for running the fruit stall in favour of the petitioner in the name of Sri Arupadaiyappa Fruit Stall in the old bus stand complex, Virudhunagar, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2021.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner was a lessee under the respondents and running the fruit stall at Shop No.9. But the respondents had proposal to construct public toilet in the site by demolishing the old toilet. Hence the petitioner was informed to remove the tin shed, which was used as the roof to the petitioner's shop, temporarily till the demolition work was completed. But the respondents have constructed the new public toilet by covering the place where the petitioner was having fruit stall. Therefore, the petitioner is seeking alternative and suitable place for running her fruit stall. 2/4

3. This Court without expressing any opinion is directing the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
