4. The case of the petitioner is that the land in survey No.126, measuring 13.94 Acre at Suriyur Village, Ramanathapuram

Taluk, Ramanathapuram District, belonged to the petitioner's mother Angammal and settlement patta was granted in respect of the said property in the name of the petitioner's mother. On the demise of petitioner's mother, the property devolved upon her legal heirs namely the petitioner and his three brothers G.Manickam, G.Shankaran and G.Alagarsamy. The first respondent has passed an order in Na.Ka.B5/9272/2012, date. 06.2012, to issue patta in the name of the petitioner and his three brothers. But the said order of the second respondent was not implemented so far.

Hence, the petitioner made a representation, dated 26.06.2015 to the second respondent. But till date, the said representation was not considered and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for the above stated relief.

5. Considering the limited scope of the prayer made in the Writ Petition, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 26.06.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all necessary parties, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
