This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 407 Cr.P.C., to withdraw the case in S.C.No.55 of 2011 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge,Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District and transfer the same to any other court outside Virudhunagar District.

ORDER : This Petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 09.10.2018 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, vide the letter in D.No.1075, dated 12.02.2019 and the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.R.Ramachandran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/s.M.Jegadeesh Pandian, Advocate for RR2 to RR4, this Court made the following Order:- "This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in S.C.No.55 of 2011. 2.This Court has already allowed the Criminal Original Petition by order dated 09.10.2018 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in S.C.No.55 of 2011 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, two months time is granted for disposing the case in S.C.No.55 of 2011".
