This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to consider my representation dated 18.03.2021 and take necessary action upon the same within the time limit stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 30.03.2021. 3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
