ORDER

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2649 of 2025, dated 13.02.2025.

2. Mr.P. Pagalavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that due to ill health the petitioner is facing difficulty to comply the condition regularly and hence, he prays for modification of the said condition. 1/3

3. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submits that the petitioner has been complied the condition only for 7 days.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2649 of 2025, dated 13.02.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Panaypatti Police Station, Pudukkottai District twice a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.00 am until further orders.
