PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.94/2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.02.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c) and 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.94 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 16.02.2022, the respondent received secret information from the informer that the petitioner along with other accused said to have sold Ganja near the agriculture field belonging to Kothai Amman Temple. Upon information, the respondent caught hold of the accused persons and seized white colour gunny bag which contains 81 kgs of Ganja. Hence, the case.

3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.5744 of 2023 4.This is the second application for bail and the earlier application for bail was dismissed by this Court on 08.03.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.1910 of 2023 and there is no change in circumstances of the case to consider the present bail petition even after dismissal of the petition. Hence, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
