Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to grant permission to the petitioner as being the Local Cable Operator (LCO No.27605) to provide Cable TV Connection in respect of newly constructed apartments by the first respondent situated in Ettupettai Bungalow, Vannarapettai, Trichy District in the light of the proceedings issued by the second respondent vide his letter No.425657/TACTV/2020 dated 17.03.2020 and considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2021 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for Mandamus, directing the first respondent to grant permission to the petitioner as being the Local Cable Operator (LCO No.27605) to provide Cable TV Connection by considering the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2021. 2/5

2. This Court without going into merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation as per law and pass order within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
