3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that neither FIR nor petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner and the alleged threat of arrest is not true and the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail in earlier application in Crl.O.P.No.16757 of 2016 dated 08.09.2016.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner during enquiry. 5.Considering the above submission, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed with the observation that the respondent should not harass the petitioner during enquiry.
