Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's recent representation dated 16.03.2022 and issue patta to petitioner regarding the plot No.34 & 35 comprised in Old.SR.No.1/1E to an extent of 4800 Sq ft lay out developed in the name of VGP Deepika Town situated in Kanchirankulam Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District within a period stipulated by this Court.

*********** This writ petition has been filed seeking for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner based on her representation dated 16.03.2022. 2.Heard Mr.E.Mohamed Abbas, learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 3.It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that the petitioner's representation dated 16.03.2022 seeking for issuance of patta has already been considered and rejected on 13.04.2022. 4.Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court for the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to the petitioner under law.
