This Writ Petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to grand fishery right to the petitioner for Periyakulam Tank Viswanathaperi Part I Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tenkasi District in the light of order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.23861 of 2017 dated 27.03.2018.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that pending Writ Petition, the auction was already conducted on 10.06.2021 and the lease is granted to the highest bidder. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
