ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to open and to permit the petitioner to operate and collect charges from the users at the new slaughter house constructed by the respondent at Palayamkottai and Pettai, Tirunelveli District, till the end of the lease period of the petitioner that is till 28.07.2016 by considering the representation of the petitioner's dated 01.08.2015.

2. Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up final disposal.

4.Though very many contentions have been raised in this Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if a direction is issued to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.08.2015, which is pending before the second respondent, that would suffice.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no need for this Court to traverse into the averments made in the Writ Petition. Accordingly, considering the limited scope of the prayer made, without going into the merits of case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 01.08.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
