O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to apprehend the absconding accused in Crime No.45 of 2015.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that A1 was arrested in this case and subsequently he was granted bail. The learned Government Advocate would further submit that the respondent police have almost completed the investigation. 3.There shall be a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.45 of 2015 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.This Criminal Original petition is disposed of with the above direction.
