This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to conclude the committal proceedings in P.R.C.No.32 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the case has been committed on 13.08.2018 to the learned Additional Sessions Court, Tenkasi and the case has been posted on 03.09.2018 for the appearance of the accused persons.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
