ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.04.2018 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.Heard Mr.J.Senthil Kumaraiah, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), who takes notice for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the complaint has been received by the second respondent, neither he conducted an enquiry nor registered a case. Hence, she come forward with the present petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 18.04.2018, petition enquiry is pending.

5. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the petition enquiry and to register a case, if any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

cognizable offence is made out. If no cognizable offence is made out, then he shall close the same, in the manner known to law.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
