ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.(Rank Not Known), apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 420 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.Not Known of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side)appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioner, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report or close the petition enquiry.
