ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 17.12.2024, made in I.A. No. 1 of 2024 in O.S. No. 1/4

4 of 2015 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Sivakasi.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into merits of the order passed in I.A. No. 1 of 2024, and taking into account the age of the revision petitioner and the respondent, as well as the fact that the suit is of the year 2015, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned counsel appearing on either side have submitted that they will not file any interlocutory applications.

4. With the above observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
