This petition has been filed praying for a direction to the respondent to expedite the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2018 on the file of the respondent and file final report. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the respondent requires two months time to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.20 of 2018.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.20 of 2018 and to file a final report before the Court concerned within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
