Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate that against the order passed in W.P.(MD). No. 15875 of 2022, dated 02.09.2022, an appeal has been preferred by the respondents, wherein, the Division Bench of this Court has remanded the matter back to the Authorities concerned for fresh consideration. Pursuant to the same, the Authorities have considered the same afresh and rejected the claim of the petitioner.
