ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry of the petitioner's online complaint, dated 01.03.2021 for missing of her original sale deed vide Document No.4572 of 2005 on the file of the Sub-Registrar Office, Srivilliputhur by considering her on-line complaint, dated 01.03.2021 and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that on receipt of the complaint dated 01.03.2021, it was closed on 04.03.2021. Further, he submitted that now they are receiving so many similar complaints and their modus operandi is that after pledging the original document for loan, simply lodged the complaint to escape from the clutches of law. That apart, the person, who mortgaged the property, intended to sell the same by producing the non-traceable certificate.

3. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint along with all relevant documents to satisfy the second respondent including the public notice published in one of the Daily newspaper and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders to issue Non-Traceable Certificate on merits and in accordance of law within a period of two weeks thereafter.
4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
