PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi to commit the case in PRC.No. 12 of 2019 to the learned Mahila Court, Trichy on his file as expeditiously as possible and within the time stipulated by this Honourable court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi to commit the case in PRC.No. 12 of 2019 to the learned Mahila Court, Trichy on his file as expeditiously as possible and within the time stipulated by this Honourable court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the case is pending committal before the concerned Court.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Lalgudi to commit the case pending in PRC No.12 of 2019 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
