To Suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, passed in S.C.No.186 of 2017 through the judgment dated 28.04.2025.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for suspension of sentence imposed on the petitioner in the judgment made in S.C.No.186 of 2017 on the file of the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madurai, dated 28.04.2025 and to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. We find that the petitioner had already filed a petition in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.10114 of 2025 seeking for suspension of sentence and this petition came to be dismissed by this Court on 11.12.2025.

4. Since we do not find any change in circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.

5. Considering the fact that the accused person is inside the jail, Registry is directed to make the paper book ready and include this appeal for final hearing in the advance list.
