ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents to file a final report/charge sheet in Crime No.675 of 2016, dated 11.07.2016 within the period stipulated by this Court within a time frame.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the compliant of the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.675 of 2016, on the file of the second respondent for the offences punishable under Section 420 IPC against the accused persons.

persons have cheated the petitioner to the tune of more than Rs.2,80,000/-, no further action has been taken.
5. In the said circumstances, this Court is of the view that suitable direction can be given to the official respondent. Hence, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.675 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
