O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 02.09.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 15876 of 2022.

2. The learned counsels on either side submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No. 15876 of 2022, dated 02.09.2022 has been complied with by the second respondent vide proceeding Na.Ka.No.6130/M2/2024, dated 21.10.2024 subject to the outcome of Review No.31 of 2024. The said submissions are recorded.

3. This Court vide order, dated 24.09.2024 issued statutory notice to the respondents. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the second respondent appeared before this Court and her appearance is dispensed with. In regard to the first respondent, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submitted that the first respondent is hospitalized and he is unable to appear before this Court.
