O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioners.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that a complaint has been preferred by the de-facto complainant before the respondent police and on the basis of the said complaint, the respondent police harassed the petitioners. Therefore, the petitioners are before this Court. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the defacto complainant, a case has been registered in Crime No.489 of 2017, for the offence under Sections 420, 406 and 506(ii) IPC and the investigation is still pending. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) further submitted that there is no harassment at the hands of the respondents police except under due process of law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
