ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the person or body of the detenue namely Karthika wife of Rajkumar aged about 23 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. Today when the Habeas Corpus Petition is taken up for hearing, the detenue has been produced before this Court through the respondent police.

3. When we enquired the detenue, she stated that due to some quarrel with the petitioner/husband, the detenue/wife had left the matrimonial home and she stayed in her friend's house at Trichy since 12/03/2023 and as of now, she wants to be with her aunt (Chithi), whose house at Thaniyamangalam near Melur, for a brief period of one week and thereafter, she will join with the petitioner husband. For the said arrangement, the petitioner as well as the detenue's aunt is agreed.
