Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.SANTHOSH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.G.KARNAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 44 days in filing the criminal revision against the order dated 15.11.2018 passed in C.M.P.No.3570 of 2018 in M.C.No.29 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Thanjavur.

2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that there was arrears in maintenance and the petitioner has to pay the school fee of his minor child.

CRL MP(MD) No.3188 of 2019 respondent, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.1,50,000/- to the credit of M.C.No.29 of 2015, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is further directed to pay the school fee of the minor child, whenever it is required by the school.
