This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking police protection.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd petitioner has married one Karthika/1st petitioner and the said marriage is a love marriage. The father of the 1st petitioner is threatening the petitioners, hence, they sought for police protection.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, based on instructions submitted that, the present petition has been filed in the year 2017, and the marriage was conducted in the year 2016, and now the 1st and 2nd petitioners are living together happily, there is no threat to their life now. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
